Soldering paste Mechanic MS83 is a mixture of very fine particles of solder POS-63 (24-45 microns) and flux. It is used for surface mounting and soldering of SMD radio components and BGA. Allows to improve the connection with the surface of microcircuits and boards. ? Will not damage sensitive components. ? No rinsing required. ? Comes in a syringe with a tip that is easy to dispense and apply. Characteristics: Paste composition: tin (63%), lead (37%), no-clean flux. Particle size: 24-45 microns. Initial melting temperature: about 180°C.
